OwnAMoment Registry is the controller of personal data used to operate this website. You can reach the operator through the contact form.
What we collect
When you buy, we receive the certificate name, purchase email, Paddle transaction reference, purchased moment, price, serial number and certificate fingerprint. When you contact us, we store the information you submit.
Why we use it
We use this data to complete the contract, issue and recover certificates, prevent duplicate sales and fraud, handle refunds, disputes and support, and keep necessary accounting and security records.
What becomes public
The chosen keeper name, moment, serial number and SHA-256 certificate fingerprint appear in the public registry. Your email and payment details do not. Choose a display name you are comfortable publishing.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, Supabase stores registry records, and Paddle processes card payments as merchant of record. We do not receive full card numbers.
Analytics
We count a small set of product events without advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, names or email addresses. Cloudflare may process network and security data such as IP addresses in its operational logs.
Retention and rights
Active registry records are retained to preserve certificate verification. Support and operational records are kept only as reasonably needed for legal, security and service purposes. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection through the contact form. Some records must remain where required for transactions, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
International processing
Our providers may process data in several countries under their own safeguards. Review their privacy information during checkout and on their websites.
